I don’t have a full review at this time. I’ve tried it a couple times. It is as light as comparable systems, but is definitely bulkier, which may make it better for winter, and less helpful during summer. Again, I have limited experience so far, but I did recall twice having a problem with the strap getting twisted in the buckle when trying to initial adjust. It does hold well once it is adjusted. Will update when I’ve tried it a few more times.

Thanks for the review! It can sometimes get twisted, so keeping is straight while loosening helps. And yes it’s not the absolute most ultralight suspension. GREAT design and weight for these straps. It’s all about the finger hook to get these to slide. Leave them on the straps so you don’t put them on the ground somewhere.

This is the first hammock suspension that I’ve had that comes with its own quality storage bag. The suspension itself is well made and attached easily to to the trees that I selected at my site during my Dolly Sods, Va trip last weekend. I was able to initially attach my amsteel hammock loops and adjust the suspension straps. I ran into a challenge though when attempting to lossen a strap to adjust it. The straps aren’t as stiff as the other similar product from another cottage manufacturer that I normally use. The Superior strap ended up twisting somehow inside the buckle. The temp was dropping to 27 F that evening as dusk continued to close in, and there was a typical stiff Dolly Sods wind. With the movement I had left in my hands, I reverted to my previous straps. I’m quite certain the issue was user error, and am anxious to give this suspension another try in more favorable conditions. The quality, packaging, attention to detail, and customer service with Superior Hammock is impeccible. I look forward to a follow-up review with a more favorable result.

The best cinch buckle option on the market. I have used them exclusively for 3 years. I will say that the storage bag is anything but durable, though. Mine was trash within a year. They live in a zip lock bag now.

Total game changer!
I am 7 seasons into hammock camping and I have concluded that I am “special needs” when it comes to straps and lines for hammock and tarps! This Superior Suspension System is truly as the name states: SUPERIOR 🙌 This is a purchase that I will never regret, as it is worth every penny!

Love them, only issues is I hate the color. I wish there was a black or brown. Other than that, best system ever! If you don’t care about the color, buy them!
